The following are additional cold buffet platters designed specially for weddings but can be served for any event.

 

Canapes (30)

A delightful platter of hand made mixed canapes / hors d'oevres a wonderful accompaniment to your welcome drinks for that special occasion.

Dressed Salmon

Fresh whole salmon served on a platter dressed with lemon slices & cucumber.

Bridge/Finger rolls

A selection of filled and garnished rolls, meat veggie or mixed. Band C serves 20
Continental Breads (v)

A basket of fresh breads including Foccacia, Tomato & herb, Naan, Pitta.

Continental Salad Bowl (v)

Bowls of fresh mixed leaf salad including lollo rosso, wild rocket & watercress with baby plum tomatoes, julienne cucumber & fresh garden herbs in a light Italian dressing.

Vol-au-vents (36)

Assorted medium case puff pastry vol-au-vents with assorted fillings such as smoked salmon & cream cheese, coronation chicken, stilton & chives.

Mini Wraps (50)

A platter of slices of wraps, choose 2 for each platter from the following:

(a) Humous, roasted mixed peppers, red onion, coriander and fresh spinach ( v ).

(b) Feta cheese with balsamic vinegar, marinated red onion, cous-cous and fresh spinach ( v ).

(c) Four cheeses, guacamole & spicy salsa with roasted peppers & red onion ( v ).

(d) Halloumi with fresh lettuce, tomato, wild rocket & onion chutney ( v ).

(e) Mild vegetable korma with caramalised onion & sweet pepper cous-cous ( v ).

(f) Cream cheese with fresh chives, cherry tomatoes and lollo rosso ( v ).

(g) Mexican chicken, guacamole & spicy salsa with roasted peppers & red onion.

(h) Aromatic duck with spring onion, hoysin sauce on a bed of lettuce.

(i) Minted lamb strips with shredded iceburg lettuce.

(j) Coronation chicken with wild rice and roasted vegetables.

Stilton Celery Boats (50) (v)

Crunchy tasty celery bites piped with fresh cream cheese, stilton & fresh herbs.

Fruit Kebabs v) Long skewers of fresh fruit pieces such as pineapple, mango, strawberry, raspberry, melon, grape, kiwi and banana. Band B serves 20
Gateaux (v) A choice of gateaux, including black forest, strawberry, chocolate fudge, cappucino, kirschen cake & assorted cheesecakes . Band C serves 12-15
Pattiserie (v)

A platter of fresh & faux cream cakes and slices such as fresh cream walnut slice and vanilla slice.

Band B serves 20

Please note: All platters should be kept refrigerated prior to use and consumed within 24hrs.

Food items displayed un-refrigerated for more than 4 hours should be discarded.
