Below is a selection of our finest platters, popular for all occasions, but these are by no means all that we can provide. We also supply sandwich platters and a full and varied selection of buffet menus.

Platters

All of our platters are freshly prepared, generously portioned and beautifully garnished and presented, all you have to do is unwrap and eat!

For larger events staff can be on hand to prepare, manage and clear away.

A selection of generously sliced Premium Cold Meats: Roast Silverside of Beef, Country Ham, Roast Turkey/Chicken Breast and an assortment of Savoury Continental Sausage.

Band A serves 20

Platter of assorted Plain and Spiced, large and small Chicken Drumsticks.

Band C serves 40

An impressive selection of Quiche Wedges, Cocktail Sausages, Party Eggs, Sausage Rolls, Mini Pork Pies or Gala Pie and Goujons of Chicken served with a Savoury Dip.

A taste of the Orient with an exciting selection of Vegetable Samosas and Spring Rolls, Onion Bhajis, Chicken Satay, Spiced Breaded Vegetables and Chinese Style Chicken Wings, served with a compliment of Dips and Chutneys.

An assortment of Pizza Fingers, Grilled Mozzarella and Tomato Rondes, assorted Mini Wraps (Chicken Caesar, Tuna & Lettuce, Soured Cream & Guacamole to name but a few), Fingers of Pitta Bread served with Greek Dips.

An assortment of bite-size nibbles including Cold Meats and Sausages, Cheese Cubes, Olives, Onions and Gherkins. This comes with a pack of cocktail sticks for you to make your own Tasty Kebabs.

A selection of six different Cheeses and Assorted Biscuits.

A wonderfully colourful platter of Crisp Salad Sticks and Vegetables complete with 3 Tasty Dips.

A selection of 7 salads from Exotic Pasta Salad to the favourites of Coleslaw and Potato Salad.

A delicious taste of the sea. This colourful platter includes Tiger King Prawns, Smoked Salmon, Seafood Sticks, Mussels, Tuna and much more, all served with Dips and Lemon Wedges.

This 'Ploughman's' delight consists of mouthwatering country fare, Pork Pies, Paté and selective Cold Meats. Add Mature Cheddar Cheese, Pickled Onions and Sweet Pickle and you have a great country feast.

Please note: All platters should be kept refrigerated prior to use and consumed within 24hrs.

Food items displayed un-refrigerated for more than 4 hours should be discarded.
